Where We Ship
RugMatters currently offers shipping within the United States. This includes all 50 U.S. states as well as Washington, D.C. At this time, these are the only locations we serve.
Customers within these regions are eligible for free standard shipping. Please note that exclusions may apply, and we recommend reviewing our Shipping Policy and Terms for full details.
Where We Do Not Ship
At this time, RugMatters does not ship to certain locations or address types. These include:
- U.S. overseas territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
- P.O. Box addresses
Orders placed using any of the above restricted locations may not be fulfilled.
