Order Processing & Production Time
All of our rugs are made to order. Once your order is placed, it typically requires 2–5 business days for processing and production.
For custom logo rugs or more detailed designs, production may take slightly longer depending on the complexity of the order.
Shipping & Delivery Time
After your order has been completed and shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 2–5 business days within the United States.
This means most orders are delivered within a reasonable timeframe after production is complete.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
In most cases, you can expect:
- 2–5 business days for production
- 2–5 business days for delivery
Custom or specialty rugs may extend beyond this timeframe.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will be able to track its progress through the order tracking system. This allows you to stay updated on delivery status and estimated arrival.

If your order takes slightly longer than expected, it may be due to additional time needed to perfect your rug. We recommend allowing a few extra days before reaching out for support.
