How Do I Log In to My Customer Account?
Accessing your RugMatters account is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to log in and manage your orders.
Logging In
To log in to your account, go to the Account Login page and enter the email address associated with your account.
You will receive a 6-digit verification code by email. This code will be sent from info@rugmatters.com. Enter the code on the login screen to access your account.
What You Can Do in Your Account
Once logged in, you can:
- View your account information
- Check past and current orders, including tracking details
- Manage your addresses
Creating an Account
If you don’t already have an account, you can create one on the same login page by entering your details.
After signing up, you will receive an account activation email. Follow the instructions in that email to activate your account before logging in.
