Free Shipping Offer

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States and Canada.
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations outside Canada.

Shipping Exclusions

We do not ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. Boxes
Oversized or specialty items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Timelines

Carriers: We ship nationwide across the United States using DHL, UPS, or FedEx Express Saver.
Delivery time after dispatch: 5–8 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Not available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the United States (contiguous) and Canada.
We do not support international shipping to other countries.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also track your order status directly through your Order History if you have a customer account.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or inability to deliver, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Refunds for undeliverable packages will be issued minus any original shipping charges (if applicable).
