What is your return policy?

At RugMatters, all products are made to order and created specifically for each customer.

For this reason, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided production has not started. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@rugmatters.com. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
