Ordering your personalized RugMatters entryway rug is simple and fully personalizable. Follow the steps below to create your perfect design.
Step 1: Choose Your Rug Style
Browse our collections and select the design that best fits your space.
Step 2: Select Shape and Size
On the product page, choose your preferred rug shape such as Area, Square, Runner, or Round (if available).
Next, select the size that fits your space from the available options.
If you choose an Area or Runner rug, you will also select the orientation (Vertical or Horizontal).
Step 3: Choose Personalization Option
You can choose to purchase the rug without personalization by selecting the option provided.
If you would like to personalize your rug, continue to the next step.
Step 4: Customize Your Design
Select one of the available personalization templates. Once selected, editable fields will appear.
Enter your custom details such as:
- Name or initials
- Family name or business name
- Text or custom wording
You can customize wording freely to match your style.
Use the live preview feature to see your design in real time and make any adjustments before ordering.
Step 5: Add to Cart
Once you are satisfied with your design:
- Select your quantity
- Add the item to your cart
You will be able to review your personalized rug again in your cart before checkout.
Step 6: Checkout
Proceed to checkout and complete your order. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
